ICP has 30 years of experience providing immigrant integration services. With the support of volunteers and collaborative partners, ICP is able to provide services in many different languages. Full-time staff members are fluent in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese.

Below is a list of many of the services ICP provides. This general information does not constitute individualized legal advice. Please be aware that these applications and petitions are complex, and a seemingly minor issue can make someone ineligible for the immigration benefit being sought. We recommend that if you are interested in learning more about these particular services, that you schedule an appointment with one of our DOJ accredited representatives.

Citizenship Services

ICP’s DOJ accredited representatives assist children and adults with gaining citizenship. Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Client intake and legal assessment
  • Application assistance
  • Case management
  • Citizenship classes
  • Mock interviews
  • When needed, representation and translation services at USCIS

Citizenship Classes

In ICP’s Citizenship Class, students learn and practice the basic elements of the US naturalization exam. Course topics include: US history and government based on USCIS’s “100 questions”; English reading, writing, and vocabulary, based on USCIS’s standard reading and writing vocabulary lists; and practice answering questions common to USCIS interviews. Before finishing the course, all students are given a “mock interview” and additional time to prepare through individual tutoring. Students who have successfully completed their citizenship interviews are invited to share their experiences with the class, and many return as tutors to help other students with their interview preparation

Classes are held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday evenings – 6:00-8:00 p.m.
