To apply for citizenship

Please bring these to your appointment:

  • Green Card
  • Social security card and any passports you have been issued since you have had your green card
  • Family information, including, child(ren) and/or spouse (current and former)
  • Information about your parents (only if they are or were US Citizens)
  • Your address, job and/or school history and trips made out of the US for the last 5 years
  • If you have ever been arrested, certified court records
  • Proof of income (taxes, pay stubs) and/or verification of any public benefits you receive
