What to Bring:
Last 5 years of job history, home address, and all trips outside of the U.S.;
Green Card and Social Security Card;
Family information for all children and spouses (current and former);
Certified court records if arrested/cited;
Proof of Public Benefits for Fee Waiver
Minimum Requirements:
18 years or older; AND
Green Card holder for at least 4 years and 9 months; OR
Green Card holder for at least 2 years and 9 months if married to U.S. citizen
If you have little to no income, your 2018 tax return may reduce or
eliminate the $725 filing fee
Receiving Public Benefits will NOT affect your eligibility
